DAO ASIA FOOD

We were there on Monday evening. What delicious sushi. Prepared right in front of our eyes. Fresh and plentiful. We had a platter for two, which even fed the people at the next table. The young waitress was very attentive and friendly. We'll probably come back more often to fill our stomachs and come home happy. I highly recommend it.

We came here for sushi and were not disappointed. Very friendly, older staff who made you feel at ease. The ambiance was okay. The sushi and the selection were really delicious. And all for a great price. We'll be back.

We ate there this evening. The people there were really friendly and nice. And the food was top-notch. Such great quality and taste. It was the first time I've eaten really high-quality, delicious sushi. No other sushi I've ever eaten can compare to it. They catered to our every need. Absolutely brilliant!!! Unfortunately, we're not from here, but we definitely recommend it 10/10!! Thank you for the delicious food!

We visited the DAO in Friedeburg during our vacation. For starters, we ordered two baked shrimp for €5 each. That was our mistake, because those large portions made it even harder to get the even larger portions of the main courses into our stomachs :-). Everything was delicious and plentiful, and very good value for money. We sat outside in the covered beer garden. Generally, I would describe the DAO Asia Food in Friedeburg as an Asian snack bar with plenty of seating. I hope we can make another visit during our vacation. One thing visitors should know about payment: Either in cash or with PayPal; regular card/credit card payments are not possible (although the Sparkasse is about 200 meters away).

Very friendly and very tasty 😋..the sushi platter was completely sufficient for two people.

I was visiting family over the weekend. We ended up there by chance. A simple atmosphere with great, fresh, and delicious food. Since my sister and I couldn't decide, we ordered small spring rolls, summer rolls, and a set menu. Sharing everything was no problem. The chef was very friendly, uncomplicated, and we felt pampered. Attached are two pictures that will make you hungry for more. I look forward to a visit when I'm in the area again.

The best sushi in the north! The sushi quality is outstanding! It's incomparable to other restaurants in the surrounding area. The platters are elaborately and artistically presented. The restaurant looks relatively unassuming from the outside, but don't let that deceive you. Inside, you'll find a modern, open, yet cozy restaurant. A definite plus is the beautiful beer garden, covered by a large, overgrown vine, which can even be used partially in winter (possibly thanks to a fireplace). The food is very good, and the value for money is unbeatable. A lot of effort and passion goes into this place. The staff is very welcoming and extremely friendly. We always enjoy coming here!

Highly recommended. The food is truly delicious. The sushi, in particular, was truly amazing and beautifully presented. The staff is very friendly and welcoming. Important for us: No "glutamate hangover" after the meal, like at other Asian restaurants. This restaurant is a great addition to Friedeburg. We'll be back - promise!

This small Chinese/Thai restaurant is a real insider tip! The staff are super friendly, and the service is lightning-fast without compromising on quality. The food is simply delicious – the sushi is a particular highlight, but the other dishes are also impressive every time. Everything is freshly prepared, and you can even watch the food being made with love. The prices are absolutely fair for the quality you get here. The separate smoking room is practical, and there are covered seating areas outside, which are inviting even in changeable weather. Whether inside or outside – the atmosphere is cozy and inviting. We come here regularly and are always impressed. A clear recommendation for anyone who wants to enjoy delicious Asian food in a relaxed environment!

The dishes are delicious, all freshly prepared in the open kitchen. The sushi is also a dream, fresh and prepared with love. The service and staff are super nice and friendly. The food arrives quickly, and the portions are generously sized!

So delicious, affordable, and fantastic sushi. We'll be back again and again.
